- How does an engagement start?
- With a free 30-minute intro call. You describe what you are trying to validate in Korea, and I tell you whether I am the right person for it. Nothing is scoped or quoted before that call.
- What does Korea market entry consulting cost?
- The intro call is free. An advisory session is US$200 for an hour, and a full consulting day is US$400 for up to six hours. Ongoing work runs as a retainer from US$2,000 per month for roughly four working days, or US$3,000 for up to eight. Build work is quoted by scope.
- Do I need to hire a local team in Korea first?
- No. That is the point of this arrangement. Most teams entering Korea are not ready to commit to full-time local headcount, but still need someone on the ground who understands both the market and the product. You get that without the hiring commitment.
- Who is this for?
- International software, technology, and game companies entering or operating in Korea. The common thread is a product that already works elsewhere and a team with no local presence yet.
- Is this advice only, or can you build?
- Both. Beyond market and product strategy, the delivery work is part of the service: Korean landing pages, web services and internal admin tools, MVPs and prototypes, API integrations, and localization of existing products.
- How does the AI automation work fit in?
- It starts by finding the repetitive operational work worth automating, assessing whether an agent is actually feasible for it, and scoping it. Anything built keeps a human in the approval path rather than running unattended.
- Which languages do you work in?
- Korean and English. Technical communication with Korean partners, vendors and development studios is part of the engagement, not a separate translation step.
